I’ve had my eye on this class for the longest time. My artsy friend’s kids have been taking classes with Teacher Swan, but the schedule never really worked for us—it was either too early or too late. After some drama with another art class earlier this summer, I was thrilled to finally enroll Little Bun in Swan’s class. And it did not disappoint!
The teacher is cheerful, encouraging, and creative. She never limits the kids’ imagination and creativity. I also love the variety of art styles they work on each week. Little Bun created a map last week, and this week, they’re doing food (cake) drawings. They’ve also done collages and other types of art creations. The class is taught entirely in Chinese. While the kids don’t talk much, the teacher always asks questions, creating some interaction.
I hope we can continue with this class in the near future!
